Accreditation

Accreditation forms will be activated for registration latest 28th May.

Accreditation provides participants of the Championships with access and entitlements to carry out their role for the event. Access to the Championships venues will be controllled at the venue perimeter and entrances to the various restricted zones in order to maintain security.

Fededation entering the Championships shall receive accreditation free of charge (according LEN rule J-SW 5) for the following:

  • President of the Federation
  • Head of the Delegation
  • One medical person; a second medical person if more than twenty competitors have been entered

Team staff members (number of team staff members may not exceed the number of competitors):

  • 5 for up to 15 competitors
  • 6 for up to 20 competitors
  • 7 for more than 20 competitors

Preliminary Entry: 28.02.2010

Preliminary Hotel Booking: 01.03.2010 (50% deposit)

Withdrawal Preliminary Entry: 15.04.2010 (copy to LEN)

Final Hotel Booking: 31.05.2010 (balance)

Travel Form: 10.06.2010

Press Entry: 24.06.2010

Final Entry: 04.07.2010

Final Accreditation: 04.07.2010

Judges and Officials

In addition to the Technical Delegates, the LEN TSC will appoint two referees and one starter.
Federations may nominate up to two officials from the current FINA lists. LEN Office will be in charge
of the nominations.

All costs of the approved officials are on the nominating Federation. Finnish Swimming Association shall provide all other officials. LEN Technical Delegate and the Referee(s) will point the officials in charge for each competition day.

Fill in the Excel form with those participants’ details, which need accreditation.

Together with the completed form, please send photos for the accreditation badges. The photos should include the following information: Nationality, First name and Last name

As an example, Jack Hamilton from Great Britain would have a photo titled GBR_Jack_Hamilton.jpg.
Dimensions of the photo should be 750 pixels in width and 900 pixels in height.
